Job Description

Location: Accra, Kumasi & Tamale

Job Summary

The Security Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the deployment of guards and resources across multiple sites, ensuring operational efficiency and effective client service.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule guard deployments and maintain duty rosters.

Update attendance and payroll records via digital referencing systems.

Coordinate with supervisors for logistics requests and site requirements.

Respond to client needs and support quick resolution of operational issues.

Assist in profiling, vetting, and training of security personnel.

Generate reports on staffing, performance, and incidents.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

HND/Bachelor’s in Security Management, Administration, or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in security coordination/administration.

Proficiency in databases and digital referencing tools.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong IT and data management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
