UNICEF Ghana is seeking a national consultant to develop and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Framework for the National Open Defecation Free and Safely Managed Sanitation Plan. The consultant will work closely with various government bodies to design a robust framework and support its nationwide implementation. This role involves establishing sustainable systems for monitoring and continuous learning to enhance sanitation services in Ghana. The consultancy is a long-term position for three years, contingent on performance and funding availability.
