Job Description

UNICEF Ghana is seeking a national consultant to develop and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Framework for the National Open Defecation Free and Safely Managed Sanitation Plan. The consultant will work closely with various government bodies to design a robust framework and support its nationwide implementation. This role involves establishing sustainable systems for monitoring and continuous learning to enhance sanitation services in Ghana. The consultancy is a long-term position for three years, contingent on performance and funding availability. Advanced Degree in a relevant field 10 years of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation Ability to analyze and interpret complex information Strong communication and presentation skills Fluent in English Experience with MEAL and Programme Assessment Frameworks Experience with quantitative and qualitative operational research
