Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Régionale de Proparco, vous contribuez à l'origination et au suivi opérationnel des projets Corporates (dette et fonds propres), en appui au Senior Investment Officer de la Direction Régionale de Proparco et aux Investment Officers basés au siège. Vous serez amené.e à travailler sur

une diversité de secteurs (industrie, agribusiness, services, santé, éducation, infrastructure, énergie, venture capital) dans les différents pays d'intervention de la région, sur des opérations de haut de bilan (prises de participation et quasi-fonds propres) et des
opérations en dette. Vos principales missions seront : Â
- Prospection/origination de nouvelles opportunités en lien avec le mandat de Proparco en binôme avec un.e Senior Investment Officer de la Direction Régionale Â
- Préparation, organisation et participation aux missions de prospection, rédaction des comptes rendus Â
- Synthèse critique des opportunités d'investissements identifiées ou
présentées à Proparco Â
- Élaboration de notes d'investissement présentant les opportunités « originées » dans la région Â
- Analyse financière, modélisation financière, valorisation Â
- Suivi du portefeuille Ă‚
- Veille sectorielle et suivi macroéconomique Â
- Contribution à la définition des stratégies pays / sectorielles Â
