Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Sales Execution Visit retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to promote stationery products Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field activities. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to clients. Market Development Identify new sales opportunities and untapped market Expand distribution networks by onboarding new retailers and partners Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing. Customer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business . Reporting & Coordination Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Lead/Manager. Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends. Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or stationery. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Competencies Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Resilient and adaptable in dynamic market conditions. Team player with strong reporting discipline.
