English The Raw Mill Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations in the raw mill and mix storage areas to ensure efficient raw meal production, stable kiln operation, and high-quality clinker output. The role involves supervising teams, optimizing process performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Français Le Superviseur Broyage & Stockage Matières Premières est chargé de superviser les opérations du broyeur à cru et des zones de stockage afin d’assurer une production efficace de la farine crue, la stabilité du four et la qualité du clinker. Le poste implique l’encadrement des équipes, l’optimisation des performances et le respect des normes QHSE.

 

Key Responsibilities / Principales Responsabilités

 

English

• Supervise raw mill and mix storage operations

• Ensure consistent production of high-quality raw meal

• Monitor process performance and achieve KPI targets

• Supervise CCR operators and ensure continuous operations

• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams

• Identify and resolve process anomalies and equipment issues

• Ensure timely supply of raw materials

• Maintain housekeeping and material flow efficiency

• Prepare and monitor production reports and dashboards

• Lead and develop operational teams

• Ensure compliance with ISO and QHSE standards

• Assurer une production continue et de qualité de la farine crue

• Suivre la performance du procédé et atteindre les KPI

• Encadrer les opérateurs CCR et garantir la continuité des opérations

• Coordonner avec les équipes maintenance, logistique et qualité

• Identifier et corriger les anomalies de production

• Assurer l’approvisionnement en matières premières

• Maintenir la propreté et la fluidité des installations

• Assurer le suivi des rapports de production

• Encadrer et développer les équipes opérationnelles

• Garantir le respect des normes ISO et QHSE

 

Profile Required /

English

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Process Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations

• Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes

• Experience in process control and equipment supervision

• Leadership and team management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

 

Français

• Bac+3/4 en Génie de production, Génie des procédés ou équivalent

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel

• Bonne connaissance du procédé cimentier

• Expérience en supervision d’équipements et contrôle de procédé

• Leadership et capacité à encadrer une équipe

• Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes

• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités

• Bonnes compétences en communication

• Maîtrise de MS Office et SAP
