Localisation

Location: This role will require personnel around Taifa, Westlands, madina, Kwabenya, Achimota and its environs. Expérience

We are looking for an exceptional Accountant with IFRS experience to help us ready the business. The right candidate will have domain expertise and a passion for IFRS. Key Responsibilities:

• Check and notify clients that are due for payment.
• Manage the payment schedule and prompt superiors when payments to vendors are due.
• Receive all payments (cash and cheques) for invoices generated and recorded accordingly.
• Keep record of all financial activities pertaining to the business including expenses, purchases and any others.

Formation / Diplômes

• Prepare daily and monthly reports to deliver timely and accurate information.

Responsabilités

• Assist superiors with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Have full responsibility for a part of the ledger processes relevant to your strengths.
• Assist with the year end audit process and statutory reporting.
• Improve the efficiency of financial processes and procedures and monitor compliance.
• Share knowledge between team members to ensure cover is available when needed.

Actively develop your own skills to ensure current knowledge of applicable standards and regulations

• Establish strong relationships with key colleagues outside the wider finance team. Other Competencies:
• Exceptional academic track record and subsequent career performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.)
