The Role Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operations Lead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estate’s brand and guest experience Step into senior leadership responsibilities when required Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable) Minimum
