We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator in Port Elizabeth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of operations, customer service, and technical support.

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 qualification Computer literate Excellent communication skills (especially English) 1–2 years’ experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a service delivery environment Reliable transport Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling and smooth rollout of new service installations from start to finish Serve as the central link between internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery Monitor ongoing projects, anticipate potential challenges, and resolve resource or scheduling issues proactively Organize and oversee both planned and urgent maintenance visits for existing clients Ensure service commitments are consistently achieved by tracking technician assignments and job completion Maintain detailed and compliant records of all service activities for reporting purposes Communicate updates clearly, respond to customer queries, and address concerns with professionalism and care Collaborate with sales, technical staff, contractors, and operations to align service outcomes with client expectations Contribute to planning sessions to forecast demand and allocate resources effectively Promote a strong customer-focused culture by ensuring every interaction demonstrates reliability and respect If you do not receive feedback in 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful [Click the Apply button below to see the contact details]
