Core Duties: Core duties include but are not limited to: Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Develop full-scale project plans (risk, cost, time, procurement etc). Manage project budget. Manage project resource allocation. Plan and schedule project timelines. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Quality assurance and quality control. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Project evaluations and assessment of results. Direct the preparation of standard procedures for construction techniques to ensure that the quality of construction is consistent across all trades.
