The ideal candidate will have a strong clientele base, proven experience in driving revenue growth, and the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and packages. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience in the hospitality industry. Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team. Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
