We are seeking a dedicated Facilities and Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and ensure operational excellence across the property. Position Overview The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for managing all physical aspects of the property, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality living environment. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on operational management to enhance the overall resident experience. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Management Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Implement preventive maintenance programs Operational Oversight Manage daily facility operations Coordinate vendors and service providers Team Leadership Supervise and train maintenance staff Conduct performance evaluations Budget Management Prepare and manage facility budgets Monitor costs and optimize resources Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with regulations Enforce safety standards and protocols Resident Relations Handle resident concerns professionally Maintain high satisfaction standards Continuous Improvement Identify efficiency and sustainability opportunities Implement improvements to enhance property value Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field 5–10 years’ experience in facilities management (luxury residential preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Knowledge of safety and compliance standards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Asset Uptime: ≥ 98% Budget Adherence: Within ±3% Resident Satisfaction: ≥ 90% Utility Cost Savings: ≥ 15% YoY Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses Retirement savings plan Career growth and development opportunities
