The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the clinic.    Key Responsibilities  Greet and attend to patients and visitors in a courteous manner  Schedule and manage appointments efficiently  Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries  Maintain and organize patient records and files  Assist with billing, receipts, and basic accounting tasks  Coordinate communication between medical staff and patients  Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized  Perform general administrative duties as assigned   Requirements  Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration or related field  Proven experience as a Secretary, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a healthcare setting)  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Good organizational and multitasking abilities  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion  Professional appearance and positive attitude
