Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Training & Instruction: Plan and deliver training sessions on topics including drill, weapon handling, map reading, fieldcraft, and first aid. Discipline & Safety: Enforce school and cadet regulations, maintain high standards of discipline during parades, and ensure safety during outdoor, overnight, or adventure training. Administrative & Logistics: Manage the inventory, storage, issue, and maintenance of uniforms and equipment Leadership Development: Mentor cadets to develop teamwork, self-confidence, and leadership skills.
