Maintenance of the Marketing and Forecasting System (MFS) ensuring accurate and reliable cash-flow and pool price forecasts. Duties and Responsibilities ⁺ Monitor all transactions and settlement reports on a daily basis. ⁺ Ensure reconciliation of settlement reports with the total number of transactions per day. ⁺ Liaise with the Treasury department to ensure there is enough money for settlement. ⁺ Alert individual account owners when balance in settlement wallets hit minimum levels. ⁺ Ensure all system and process documentation is up to date and reflective of current processes. ⁺ Adhere to information security policies, Protect sensitive data, and Report security incidents in alignment with the organization’s ISMS requirements. Education and Training Requirements ⁺ At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field. ⁺ Possess appropriate experience in a Banking/Finance environment ⁺ A minimum of 2 years proven working experience in the role. ⁺ Be highly computer literate, particularly in windows based products. ⁺ Prior exposure to IT systems, development and management would be well regarded ⁺ Possess high level of skills in numeracy, accuracy and speed. Knowledge and Skills Requirements ⁺ Competent computer skills are essential, particularly in the windows environment. ⁺ Ability to set goals, organise own work, manage time, prioritize tasks and meet agreed deadlines ⁺ Places high value on teamwork and working within a small, focused team ⁺ Adaptable to change ⁺ Flexible attitude and ability to work independently. ⁺ Strong verbal communication skills ⁺ Possess a high level of clerical skills
