She will work closely with management and the team to ensure sound financial practices and contribute to the overall success of the company Key Responsibilities     •    Accurately record all daily sales, income, and expenses     •    Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management review     •    Conduct regular stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records     •    Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and basic financial planning     •    Suggest practical cost-saving and profitability-improving ideas     •    Properly file and organize financial documents and receipts     •    Perform other finance-related duties as assigned     •    Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals Requirements: Education & Qualification  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA – Part Qualified) is an added advantage Experience Minimum of 2–3 years experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping Experience in retail, Logistics, SME, or inventory-based businesses is a plus Technical Skills Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or similar) Ability to prepare financial reports and track cash flow Knowledge of inventory management and stock control Personal Competencies High level of accuracy and attention to detail Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication
