Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair mechanical equipment (pumps, boilers, generators, elevators etc). Oversee preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. • Supervise technicians and external contractors. Maintain documentation and maintenance logs. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university. Registration or eligibility with the Engineering Registration Council of Sierra Leone. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. • Experience in hospitality or facility management is an advantage.
