The ideal candidate must have experience handling a large client base (500+ customers monthly), reconciling financial records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounts, manage invoices, receipts, and payables. Track outstanding debts and follow up on collections in line with monthly targets. Locate and contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and build trust. Reconcile bank statements, mobile money statements, and other financial records. Prepare and send daily activity reports to the head office. Handle customer questions and resolve complaints professionally. Qualification and Requirements: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional accounting certification is an advantage. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting. Proven experience managing collections for a large customer base (500+ clients). Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Candidate should not stay very far from Circle. Remuneration Basic Pay: GHS 1,500 Bonus: ·         90% target achieved: GHS 500 ·         93% target achieved: GHS 700 ·         96% target achieved: GHS 1000 Working Days Monday to Saturday
