The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned vehicle inventory Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual buyers, garages, and dealers Conduct product demonstrations and test drives Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements Customer Relationship Management Follow up on leads generated through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital) Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs Provide after-sales support and foster repeat business Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally Market & Business Development Identify and approach potential B2B clients (garages, mechanics, small dealers) Participate in promotional events and vehicle exhibitions Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing and offerings Contribute to sales strategy development Administration & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports Update CRM system with accurate customer data Assist in inventory management and vehicle display Qualifications & Requirements HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales (new or used vehicles) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes In-depth knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and mechanics Understanding of the Ghanaian automotive market and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of digital sales tools Salary Base Salary + Performance + Allowances + Commission Personal Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Self-motivated with high energy and drive Customer-focused with professional demeanor Valid driver's license preferred NOTE: Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Salary: GHS7,000.00 Location: Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
