Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Be responsible for customer acquisition from lead generation to conversion to repeat business. Run high-impact field sales, corporate B2B outreach, digital campaigns and WhatsApp/ social selling. Create and execute marketing activations, promotions, events, and content that actually move the needle. Hit and exceed monthly/ quarterly revenue targets. Build long-term client relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. What we are looking for At least 2 years of proven success in sales and / or marketing (consumer products). Strong hunter mentality- you love closing deals and don’t wait for leads to come to you. Excellent communication & persuasion skills. Fluent in Twi, Ga, English (this is an advantage). Experience with digital tools such WhatsApp Business, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Canva, basic analytics. Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in a target-driven team. Valid driver’s license and personal means of transport is a strong advantage.
