This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 8 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top technical and operational talent. Drive the performance management system to enhance productivity and accountability across all levels. Oversee training and development programs, with a particular focus on technical skills, leadership, and site safety. Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with all Ghanaian labor laws. Advise senior management on HR strategies to support business growth and a positive work environment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction or engineering sector. Preferred: Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD).
