Key Responsibilities Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects. • Conduct structural inspections and assessments. Ensure compliance with Sierra Leone building regulations. • Supervise contractors and construction activities. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and reports. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university. • Registration or eligibility with the Engineering Registration Council of Sierra Leone. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in construction or hospitality infrastructure is an advantage.
