Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Manager – Digital Audience and Market Growth - Accra Job Summary We are looking for a Manager – Digital Audience and Market Growth. Manager – Digital Audience and Market Growth will lead the organization’s social presence, audience engagement strategy, and community growth initiatives. This role is responsible for strengthening brand visibility, driving meaningful engagement, managing digital communities, and increasing attendance for webinars, podcasts, and digital events. The ideal candidate combines creative content execution with strong community-building skills and data-driven growth strategies. This role requires hands-on platform management, short-form content adaptation, relationship development, and structured performance tracking across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute structured social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives. Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Ensure consistent posting schedules and target-based engagement strategies. Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and growth. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and content trends. 2. Content Creation & Adaptation Create and publish posts, carousels, short-form content, infographics, and video snippets. Edit and repurpose webinar and podcast recordings into short-form videos. Collaborate with the Content Manager to adapt long-form content into platform-specific formats. Optimize captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs for maximum engagement. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging. 3. YouTube Channel Management Upload, optimize, and manage YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails). Structure playlists and maintain channel organization. Monitor analytics and improve watch time, click-through rate, and subscriber growth. Repurpose long-form videos into short-form YouTube Shorts. 4. Community Building & Audience Engagement Actively manage comments, direct messages, and community discussions. Build authentic relationships with followers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Initiate engagement activities such as polls, conversations, and interactive posts. Nurture audience relationships to strengthen loyalty and brand advocacy. Identify and engage potential collaborators and contributors. 5. Webinar & Podcast Coordination Coordinate webinar and podcast logistics, including scheduling and promotions. Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive registrations and attendance. Manage event reminders, follow-ups, and engagement communications. Track attendee performance metrics and optimize future campaigns. Support live session moderation and community interaction during events. 6. Growth & Performance Optimization Implement organic growth strategies to expand audience reach. Track KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, registrations, and attendance conversion. Analyze audience insights to refine targeting and content positioning. Test and optimize posting formats, content timing, and messaging approaches. 7. AI & Digital Tools Utilization Use AI tools for content formatting, carousel creation, video adaptation, and copy refinement. Improve workflow efficiency using automation and scheduling tools. Stay updated on emerging social media and creator tools to enhance productivity. Required profile for job ad : Manager – Digital Audience and Market Growth - Accra Qualifications and Professional Development Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Community Management are preferred. Ongoing professional development in platform trends, content strategy, and AI tools. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and basic video editing software. Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and community management. Proven experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube platforms. Demonstrated success in growing audiences organically. Experience creating carousels, short-form posts, and video snippets. Experience coordinating webinars and digital events. Hands-on experience using AI tools for design and content enhancement.
