Senior Director, Service Delivery Lead – Data & AI
Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Director, Service Delivery Lead Data & AI (Operations) is accountable for Agile delivery, scaling, and operational excellence of Data, AI, and Agentic AI initiatives across core operational domains such as servicing, claims, and underwriting. This is a Group role coordinating delivery across multiple LBUs to ensure solutions are deployed effectively into live operations. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery and service performance of Operations Data, AI, and Agentic AI initiatives. - Lead disciplined Agile delivery in regulated, high-availability environments. - Oversee delivery of Agentic AI solutions embedded into operational workflows with strong governance and auditability. - Act as the central Group coordination point for Operations Data & AI delivery across LBUs. - Ensure all production Data and AI services meet agreed SLAs, availability, and resilience standards. - Drive continuous improvement through Agile retrospectives and service performance metrics. - Lead senior delivery and service leaders across geographies and vendor partners. Qualifications & Experience - 12–15+ years in senior delivery, service, or transformation leadership roles. - Strong experience delivering Data, AI, and Agentic AI solutions into live operational environments. - Proven experience applying Agile and hybrid Agile models in regulated domains. - Strong stakeholder management experience across Group and LBU environments.
