Job Description: Chef/Cook Location: Ngousso, Yaounde Job Summary We are looking for a Cook for one of our clients. They will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes especially fast food according to our recipes and standards. You will work as part of a team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, maintains cleanliness, and delivers delicious food promptly to our guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and plate meals according to established recipes and presentation standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries. Help with opening and closing kitchen duties. Requirements Proven experience, 1-2 years as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role. Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards Must know how to cook fast food and African dishes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
