Plan International Sierra Leone wishes to enter into contract with interested and qualified business entity(ies) preferably farmers/Agricultural institutions for the supply of the following farming inputs. 1 Husk Rice (ROK 34/NERICA L19 Sub 1) 45,000kg 2 Fertilizer N:P:K 15:15:15 22,500kg 3 Fertilizer (Urea) 22,500kg Therefore, Plan is hereby requesting all qualified firms/business houses that are interested in taking part in this bidding process to prepare and submit their bids at its Head Office at No. 6 Cantonment Road, Off King Harman Road Freetown latest on or before 2 nd April 2026 at 5:00 pm in a sealed envelope with subject line scribing “Supply of Husk Rice, Fertilizers & Urea”. Interested bidders can request copy of the complete bid document by email PlanSLE.procurement@plan-international.org or emails will be responded to from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 m to 5:00 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 -noon.
