We’re seeking an experienced Scheduling and Technical Support Officer to oversee daily scheduling tasks, deliver technical support to customers and staff, and maintain smooth platform operations across digital and offline channels. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position that requires the Scheduling & Technical Support Officer to coordinate daily travel schedules and provide first-line technical support to customers, staff, and partners. The officer will ensure accurate, up-to-date route and seat availability, resolve booking conflicts, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the app and other booking channels. In this role, the officer will work closely with transport operators and the operations team to maintain system reliability, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth end-to-end travel experiences for users. Key Responsibilities Manage and update travel schedules with transport operators to ensure real-time accuracy of routes, timings, and seat availability. Monitor daily bookings to prevent overbooking and resolve conflicts in coordination with transport partners. Generate reports on route usage, customer flow, and scheduling efficiency to support operational planning.
