The Proposal Development Coordinator will lead the development, writing, and finalization of the SOLID II project proposal for submission to the European Union. This role involves ensuring quality, logical coherence, and compliance with EU requirements while integrating humanitarian-development nexus approaches. The coordinator will work closely with consortium partners and the UNHCR to create a common logical framework and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders. The position is based in Yaoundé and requires travel within Cameroon. Minimum 5 years of experience in complex project proposal writing for institutional donors Proven experience in coordinating multi-actor consortium projects Excellent understanding of development approaches and humanitarian-development nexus Knowledge of localization dynamics and capacity strengthening of local actors Experience coordinating with UN agencies, especially UNHCR Mastery of project management and collaborative writing tools Good knowledge of socio-political dynamics in Cameroon and/or Central African Republic Fluency in French
