As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and development to organizational culture and compliance. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and department heads, ensuring that our HR initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives.

Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term business goals.

- Talent Management & Development

Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Design and implement leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline for future leaders.

Ensure pay equity and market competitiveness through regular benchmarking.

Champion employee engagement initiatives and monitor team morale through surveys and feedback loops.
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across all policies and practices.

Ensure all HR practices comply with local, national, and international labor laws.

### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 05 years in a senior management role.

### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 Experience working in shipping & logistics is highly desirable.

### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 Skills & Competencies

Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR plans.

/>Business Acumen: Deep understanding of financial drivers, and operational challenges.

📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 ### 📌 Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels.

Change Management: Proven track record of leading organizations through change and transformation.
