Responsibilities Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day activities with respect to the client’s operations and issue resolution Engage client’s stakeholders frequently to ensure they are happy, and they derive maximum satisfaction. Manage stakeholders’ expectations by identifying what needs to be done and take action to avoid unnecessary escalation. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business - client work relationships.
📌 ### 📌 Analyze business requirements and communicate such clearly to the team
Plan and manage customer deliverable inline with standard Project Management Principles Get sign-offs for job completion and invoicing for completed deliveries Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities Liaise with internal stakeholders and communicate the appropriate feedback to client’s stakeholders. Motivated to meet set revenue targets within the client’s organization Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
