This role combines sales execution, client relationship management, and administrative oversight, making it ideal for a proactive individual with strong business acumen and a passion for the payments or financial services sector. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new merchant accounts to grow market share Manage and retain existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling payment solutions Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights Maintain in-depth knowledge of payment gateway products and solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Oversee administrative responsibilities related to sales operations Minimum Requirements Proven track record in sales and business development Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Namibia Advantageous Experience in the payments, fintech, or banking industry Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related field Key Competencies Strong commercial and strategic thinking ability Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills High level of professionalism and accountability Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Location & Travel Based in Windhoek (preferred) Travel within Namibia required Desired Skills: Sales Banking Finance Market research Sales strategies Forecasts Market feedback Manage client relations Excellent communication Good interpersonal skills Work independently CRM software Microsoft Office Suite Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years eCommerce 2 to 5 years Other Admin, Office & Support Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: We are an innovative payments solutions provider, offering advanced payment gateway technologies that enable businesses to transact seamlessly and securely.
