This is a non-commercial role that blends technical knowledge with hands-on field insight. The position focuses on supporting sales teams and clients by enhancing crop performance across a wide variety of high-value and row crops. The successful candidate will contribute to building strong customer relationships and expanding the company's presence in the market. Desired Skills: Field trials agronomic support expert guidance on crop nutrition Analyze soil test results Train and support sales representatives high-value and row crops identify nutrient deficiencies and stress factors strong relationships with growers distributors and internal teams Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: - A bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline. - Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of crops, including both high-value and row crops. - Solid knowledge of soil science principles and plant nutrition. - Ability to analyze soil and plant tissue test results and translate them into practical, effective recommendations. - Possession of a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel frequently.
