We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Representative
with a background in the
hospitality sector
to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales within hotels, restaurants, or event-based businesses.
Salary:
100.000-105.000XFA
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and long-stay guests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
