UNICEF Cameroon is seeking a Social & Behavior Change (SBC) Officer to enhance community engagement for immunization demand and counter misinformation. The role involves providing technical and operational support across various sectors, including health, nutrition, and education, ensuring that interventions are context-sensitive and results-oriented. The officer will lead the design and implementation of SBC strategies, focusing on community insights to improve program effectiveness. This position is crucial in strengthening community feedback mechanisms and fostering accountable humanitarian responses. Candidate Requirements: Advanced degree in social/behavioral science or related field, Minimum three years of experience in social development or behavior change programs, Fluency in English and French, Knowledge of local language (Pidgin English) is an asset.
