Core Values: LIVE Y’ello • Lead with Care • Act with Integrity • Collaborate with Agility • Serve with Respect • Embrace Inclusion Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the Manager to develop and implement the product roadmap for International Remittance, Interoperability, Bank Push & Pull, and Xtratime, ensuring alignment with the overall Group strategy and appropriate project prioritization. • Conduct thorough market and regional research to create realistic user stories for optimizing solutions. • Customize product designs provided by the group to fit local nuances and obtain approval from senior management. • Establish key partnerships and benchmark regional best practices to determine appropriate product pricing, developing proposals to adjust pricing based on local conditions. • Monitor revenue and costs for the product portfolio to ensure profitability in line with the organization's strategy and business plan. • Work with the Customer Value Management (CVM) team to develop and analyze loyalty and reward programs. • Research customer behavior in specific regions to design loyalty rewards that align with Group guidelines. • Benchmark market best practices, prepare business cases, and present findings to senior management. • Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Marketing teams to identify strategic partners for the rewards program. • Manage the promotional calendar with third-party services to drive sales growth. • Oversee loyalty program operations, including reward transactions. • Utilize relevant metrics to monitor existing loyalty and reward programs. Qualifications • Education: Minimum of a 3-year degree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Management). • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in International Remittance or a related field, with a preference for 2 years in a Fintech environment, banking, or Mobile Money. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile money, related legislation, and technologies. Familiarity with product design, pricing, loyalty rewards, and operational strategies is essential. • Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial. Behavioral Qualities • Detail-oriented, effective time management, prioritization skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
