À propos de nous Entreprise dynamique évoluant dans le domaine de la construction et du développement immobilier, nous intervenons sur des projets ambitieux alliant qualité, innovation et respect des délais. Missions principales: En tant qu’Ingénieur bâtiment, vous aurez pour responsabilités : • Assurer la planification, l’organisation et le suivi des chantiers • Coordonner les différents intervenants (équipes techniques, sous-traitants, fournisseurs) • Garantir le respect des délais, du budget et des normes de qualité • Participer à la gestion globale des projets (technique, administrative et financière) • Élaborer et suivre les plannings d’exécution • Identifier les risques et proposer des solutions adaptées • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès de la direction Profil recherché: • Diplôme d’Ingénieur en Génie Civil / Bâtiment • Expérience professionnelle minimum de 5 ans et maximum de 10 ans dans un poste similaire • Expérience confirmée d’au moins 2 ans en gestion de projet • Bonne maîtrise des outils techniques • Solides connaissances des normes de construction et réglementations en vigueur • Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de leadership et de communication • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités Compétences clés: • Gestion de projet • Suivi de chantier • Coordination d’équipes • Analyse technique • Gestion des priorités Localisation du poste: Point E, Dakar, Sénégal Disponibilité dès que possible //
