Present findings to senior management. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns. Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach them effectively. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant experience in insurance sales, management, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Insurance Counsellor (CIC)) can be advantageous. Ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to address challenges proactively and creatively.
