The Control Room Officer will monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication systems. Additional responsibilities include responding to incidents promptly, maintaining detailed logs, coordinating with field teams, and managing access control. The officer will ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide real-time updates to the security management team.
