Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets through effective forecasting and performance tracking. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor and resolve client service issues promptly. Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor activities. Evaluate business potential for new and existing accounts. Promote new products and services to clients. Organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall company targets. Prepare and present weekly and monthly business development reports. Handle administrative duties related to territory and account management. Required Skills or Experience Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Skills & Competencies Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
