Education Programme Development Manager for Cameroon

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, resilient, and dynamic professional to take up the role of Education Programme Development Manager for Cameroon. The purpose of the role is to design, develop and implement Education programme/project(s) for Cameroon (Northwest, Southwest Regions and Far North). As an Education PDM, you will be responsible for the technical and strategic development of the Education Core Competency (CC), and you will provide strategic direction and quality assurance for NRC programming. You will be responsible for implementation with local partners, mentoring, training and capacity strengthening staff. You will also take a lead role to develop the education portfolio in the country by setting minimum standards and developing relevant tools/procedures, while coordinating the response and actively contributing to advocacy as well as programme design and proposal development for the fundraising of the CC.
