The successful candidates will be responsible for client acquisition, loan processing, and ensuring timely loan recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit prospective loan clients. Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment schedules. Collect, verify, and process loan applications and supporting documents. Conduct basic client assessments and follow up on loan disbursements. Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts Maintain accurate client and loan records. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Support management in achieving lending and recovery targets. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum qualification: Diploma. Age range: 18 – 32 years. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer literacy is an added advantage. Previous experience in microfinance or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
