Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laser Tag Control Room Operator (Conducteur de Jeu) located in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The operator is responsible for managing and supervising all laser tag game sessions from the control room, ensuring smooth execution and optimal player experience.

The role includes operating game systems, initiating and monitoring matches, controlling game flow, and ensuring all equipment and software function correctly. The operator also oversees player safety, enforces game rules, and responds to any technical or in-game issues in real time.

Additionally, the position involves coordinating with on-ground staff, communicating clearly with players when needed, and maintaining high operational standards throughout each session. Attention to detail, quick decision-making, and strong system proficiency are essential to ensure seamless and engaging gameplay experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Computer Operations and Computer Literacy Ability to efficiently execute Back Office Operations and handle Typing tasks Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Diploma or equivalent education in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
