Based in Bangkok, this position ensures that all financial activities are conducted in compliance with Thai regulations, international accounting standards, and donor requirements — while actively supporting the organisation’s programmatic goals across Asia. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategic financial oversight with hands-on day-to-day management, and who is comfortable operating in a mission-driven, regional NGO environment. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership finance role. Solid knowledge of Thai tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards. Experience working in an international NGO, regional organisation, or donor-funded environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience managing sub-grants, donor compliance, and multi-currency financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience managing office operations, vendor contracts, and administrative systems in a regional or international organisation. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
