Knowledge Management and Documentation Officer

📌 ### 📌 The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Knowledge Management and Documentation Officer to support its Protection Project. This role involves strengthening systems for documentation, learning, and knowledge sharing related to protection services, cash assistance, and shelter interventions. The officer will work closely with the MEAL team and program staff to capture and translate program experiences into knowledge products that inform improvements and reporting. The position is based in Adjumani, Uganda, and aims to enhance evidence-based programming in high-severity humanitarian contexts. Key responsibilities include: Strengthening Knowledge Management Systems, Program Documentation, Support Learning and Knowledge Sharing, Support Evidence Generation and Communication, and Coordination and Collaboration.
