The role involves conducting desk-based research, stakeholder mapping, and primary data collection through interviews and focus group discussions. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of Mali's political and security dynamics and be able to produce analytical reports in French. Requirements: Master's degree in relevant field, minimum 7 years of experience in conflict analysis, deep understanding of Mali's conflict dynamics, proven qualitative research experience, fluent/native French speaker, current residence in Mali, and established professional networks in Mali.
