Key Duties And Responsibilities Operational & Functional Look after the Tracking Station Equipment assigned to the officer during his/her shift. Use the Nova Track Application and its new versions, which entails knowledge of the various tabs/tools which assist in tracking vehicles and accessing different types of reports. Master the use of MS Excel and Power Point Presentation. Collate information for database in respect to the location and identification of vehicles and destinations. Provides on-demand detailed staff & operational reports related to movement of vehicles during haulage operations. Compile Investigation Reports for cases as submitted by the management. Strive towards improving their management skills by manning stations related to the command and control of the control room etc. Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with recommendations for action and continuous improvement. Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers. Contributing to the overall performance of the service through the execution of the target objectives set for it. Participate in all performance appraisals organized in the organization (mid-year and end-of-year review of the PMS). Attend training courses organized to strengthen skills. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Unit Head. QSE Responsibilities Know and fully apply DCC's QHSE requirements, policies, procedures. Take care of his own health and safety in the workplace and ensure that acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other people. Take appropriate measures to minimize risks to quality, health and the environment. Communicate any case of hazardous situation to the Top management or QSE representative. Engage in the QHSE system by organizing all mandatory training and awareness Propose and carry out improvement, corrective and/or preventive actions. Postgraduate/relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience. In-depth understanding of transportation industry Knowledge on trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Word and Excel, SAP Fluent in both oral and written English; In-depth knowledge of local and DCC approved QHSE policies and norms Good knowledge of ISO standards Description Du Poste Le Chargé du suivi des véhicules est chargé de maintenir la base de données du système de suivi utilisé par le département pour contrôler les véhicules et les conducteurs depuis leurs stations d'affectation, en vue de détecter et de signaler les infractions, ainsi que de rassembler et de mettre à jour les données pour la compilation de divers rapports du personnel. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES Opérationnel et fonctionnel Assurer la liaison avec les conducteurs, le personnel d'exploitation et la direction S'impliquer dans l'exploitation des camions, la création de voyages ATC, la répartition, la fermeture des voyages. Etc. Recommander des modes de transport, des itinéraires, des équipements ou des fréquences optimales. Suivi des trajets, des kilomètres réels et de la destination si celle-ci a été modifiée Suivre les taux d'utilisation et de consommation des véhicules et du carburant ; veiller à ce que les problèmes potentiels ou la mauvaise utilisation du carburant soient signalés à la direction. Identifier les exceptions sur la route et prendre des mesures correctives immédiates. Veiller à ce que les camions disposent de tous les éléments de sécurité requis par la législation de l'État et la législation fédérale. Surveiller les performances des camions et des conducteurs. S'assurer que le camion n'est pas utilisé pour des activités illégales ou le transport de passagers par le conducteur. Assurer l'expédition de tous les camions chargés sous son contrôle et suivre les camions TAT, du point de chargement au transit, en attendant le déchargement et le retour. Vérifier/suivre le mouvement du camion en utilisant le dispositif de contrôle pour confirmer votre conversation téléphonique avec le chauffeur. Suivre les trajets des camions TAT, sur une base hebdomadaire et mensuelle. Suivi des camions sur une base horaire, temps d'inactivité, prévu, en transit, en attente de déchargement et rapport à la direction/au personnel opérationnel Suivi des camions en excès de vitesse et information du département de la sécurité et des ressources humaines pour la prise de mesures correctives Construire tous les plans d'intervention d'urgence et effectuer des inspe
