Key Responsibilities Actively sell discounted gift cards on Telegram, ensuring daily and consistent sales growth. Communicate and Negotiate smartly with suppliers to get the best deals and ensure profitable transactions. ⁠Engage customers proactively, Handle inquiries, objections and resolve any issues effectively. ⁠Think strategically: find new ways to improve sales, attract buyers, and maximize profits. ⁠Manage relationships with both suppliers and customers, ensuring long-term retention. ⁠Handle transactions efficiently, minimizing errors, delays, and refunds. ⁠Stay updated on market trends to adjust pricing strategies and stock availability. ⁠Own your results—drive sales with creativity, persistence, and problem-solving skills. Required profile for job ad : Sales and Relationship Officer - Ghana - Fully Remote Skills & Requirements Proven sales skills: experience in Telegram sales, crypto, e-commerce, or a fast-paced selling environment is a plus. ⁠Excellent communication skills: must be able to sell, persuade, negotiate, and build trust. ⁠Strong self-awareness & emotional intelligence—handle customers and suppliers tactfully, even in tough situations.
