Real Estate Sales Executive  Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, listing properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions List properties and market them to potential buyers Conduct property showings and open houses Prepare and present offers and counteroffers Manage transactions from start to close Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate laws Collaborate with other agents and team members to achieve sales goals. This will include: Sourcing for properties within your geographic territory Acquisition of detailed information of a property from a Stakeholder/Partner (Landlord, Developer and Primary Agent) Ensure that clear, quality images and videos are taken of each property  Coordinate property inspections and maintain good relationship with clients and other stakeholders Maintain a property database of a minimum of 100 available properties Possess a working smart phone with good camera and have data to join meetings and submit reports Report direct to the Sales...
